Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without the need to provide a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a notice to the email address: info@mototopgun.com within the specified time limit.


2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • It must be complete with any accessories, manuals, and packaging

  • It must be accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that appear to have been used, installed, or are missing the original packaging will not be accepted.


3. Return Procedure

Before making a return, you must contact the Seller at the email address provided.

Once authorized, the customer will receive return instructions.

Returns shipped without authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed or in the case of defective/non-compliant products, the shipping costs for the return are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the Seller will inform the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable time frame.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the banking system or payment method.


6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the customer must contact the Seller promptly.

In such cases, the Seller will, at its discretion, provide:

  • a replacement product, or

  • a full refund, including any shipping costs


7. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • customized or made-to-order products

  • products that have been used, installed, or damaged

  • products returned incomplete or without the original packaging


8. Non-Delivery

The Seller is not liable for non-delivery due to:

  • an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • failure to pick up the package

  • force majeure (e.g., logistics delays, natural events, strikes, customs issues)


9. Delays in Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • check your bank account

  • contact your bank or credit card issuer

  • wait for the standard processing time
