6. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is considered concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation via email.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of:

8. Shipping and Delivery

For professionals, the warranty is limited to 12 months, unless otherwise specified.

For consumers, the competent court is that of the customer’s place of residence or domicile.

For professionals, the competent court is Naples.
